Graduate Project & Data Analyst

DB Charles Recruitment are working with a client whom they hold a great relationship with and they are looking to hire a new permanent Graduate Projects & Data Analyst to join the growing business based in Lincoln.

The role is a permanent position ideally suited to recent graduates, seeking an entry level role into the IT / Tech world. The role will be focussing on all things Projects, Data & Account Management to be based from their site in Lincoln, with hybrid working capability on offer.

Day to day duties will include:

• Establishing, implementing and project planning all contracts
• Data analytical work
• Resolving technical & implementation issues
• Providing regular customer / account updates on aspects such as deadlines, costings, issues etc.
• Writing & creating reports, letters and other document templates
• Presenting and training to third parties
• Providing go live support
• Organising and carrying out training schedules
• Liaising and updating other internal teams
• Adhoc duties as and when required for each contract and customer.

DB Charles have spoken at length with the client on the various skill sets and backgrounds they seek in order to hire, including a number of the below:

• Ideally a recent graduate with an interest in IT & systems
• Preferable to have some working background or experience in Projects, Data Analytics or Account Management
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service via phone, email & face to face
• Interest towards IT
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of basic IT systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server advantageous however not essential
• Ability to commit to a permanent role based in Lincoln, with a long term home & office working policy already in place.

The client is ideally looking to hire at a salary level dependent of experience of between £25,000 to £28,000 per annum with additional benefits and expenses on offer such as private health-care insurance, a cycle-to-work scheme and many others.
