Job Title: Graduate Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Liverpool/Southport area

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

A leading engineering company is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts by providing technical expertise and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre and post-order process, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical sales support to the field team, customers, and specifiers, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
• Analyze customer drawings to determine the appropriate products and quantities, preparing accurate technical quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize Microsoft Office systems, CRM systems, and AutoCAD/CAD to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments to better serve customers and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems, CRM systems, and AutoCAD/CAD is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
