Our client, a leading manufacturer of products for the aerospace and power generation industries are seeking a Graduate Engineer for their team located in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in health and safety within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with their Health & Safety Manager to ensure that their workplace remains safe and compliant.

Graduate Engineer - Key Responsibilities
  • Will maintain HSE reporting systems, producing monthly reports to include accident data, IR trends and closed out actions.
  • Develop and implement solutions for gathering HSE data to resolve issues including the number of outstanding and overdue actions.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accident and incident reporting systems daily, will compile accident and incident statistics to identify trends to assist the HSE Lead in effectively reducing injury rates by implementing accident and near miss prevention.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions from accidents and incidents to ensure ongoing compliance.
Graduate Engineer - Key Requirements
  • Must have a Strong interest in safety and environment.
  • Need someone dynamic, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or Sciences.
