Our client is offering the role of Graduate Clinical Specialist to the right candidate based in Oxfordshire, Coventry, Stoke, Reading, or located anywhere along the M40.

The role
Put simply, you will support healthcare professionals with an understanding of the company’s medical device portfolio. You’ll delve into clinical support, case coverage and customer service to facilitate the use of our client’s products in the theatre environment. You’ll also take on a slight sales focus to achieve growth for our client’s accounts.
Other responsibilities include:

  • Guiding clinical decision-making at each end of the process
  • Achieve all KPIs set to achieve business demands
  • Craft training for theatre staff
  • Providing solutions to customer pain points
  • Attending regional symposiums and representing the company brand
  • Provide connection between customers and the regional sales manager


The requirements
Ground-level understanding of anatomy and physiology is key to this role, as well as:

  • Degree educated in a relevant Science or Sports discipline
  • Sound understanding of orthopaedic principles
  • Flexible and able to meet the demands of the role
  • Demonstrable time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driver's license held for 3+ years
  • Flexible and willing to travel across the Oxfordshire and M40 region
  • Proactive and willing to take charge of professional development
