Graduate Business Development Executive
A leading and highly reputable business are looking for a Graduate Level Business Development Executive to join their growing team on a full time, permanent role which is mainly remote working with once fortnightly meetings in their Birmingham City Centre office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ideally degree educated, interested in merges and acquisitions and has experience working to KPI’s or in a sales focused role.
This varied and demanding role will primarily involve:
• Identifying opportunities through media and online sources and ensuring these are logged accordingly
• Client liaison including follow up and debriefing
• Presentation planning and preparation
• Support and participation in training sessions including business development best practice
• Team support and mobilisation
• Coordination of tender responses
As a confident and proactive team player, the successful applicant will require the following skills and attributes:
• Ideally degree educated (or similar)
• Prior commercial experience in industries such as sales, recruitment or wider Business Development
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbally
• Happy to work autonomously
• Strong IT skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Attention to detail with a methodical approach
