New opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a private practice in Warwickshire. This is a small, independently owned firm with a good range of clients, most of which are in the Midlands region. Whilst still a small team, they are growing quickly and have exceeded expectations in terms of performance and delivery. In fact they have already won a considerable pipeline of work for the coming months and look to have a very busy year ahead of them already.

They have a variety of instructions including both professional surveying services and project work and work for owners, occupiers, developers and funds working across all areas of commercial building surveying.

We are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team based out of offices in Warwickshire. We are looking for candidates either set to graduate this year or recent graduates with a good degree in Building Surveying or similar. Ideally we're looking for at least 1-2 year's experience in Building Surveying. With their sights set towards continued growth they are in a good position to be able to offer great progression, training and career prospects as well as the opportunity to work towards your APC accreditation with full support offered in achieving this.
