Global Payroll Advisor

I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading Financial Services brand to source a Global Payroll Advisor on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with Cloudpay to ensure the accurate and timely processing of the end-to-end payroll for the UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal and Spain.
• Maintain a detailed Payroll database regarding salaries, and prepare reports for relevant departments regarding payroll, GL and expenses.
• Review, analyse and verify payroll reports each month for accuracy; requesting the necessary adjustments and corrections to the payroll provider.
• Ensure starters and leavers are processed correctly.
• Calculate correct employee pay by considering hours worked, taxes, national insurance, benefits payments, and other factors.
• Query resolution.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of international payroll experience
• Strong understanding of UK and US payroll legislation
• Exposure to tax treatment for UK and US benefits
• Intermediate Excel skills including V look-ups and Pivot tables
