Girls PE Teacher - September 2024
Girls PE Teacher required to inspire and motivate Key Stage 3 & 4 students at this dynamic secondary academy with excellent resources and facilities. This school provides teachers with the tools and support they require to deliver lessons that stretch and engage students. As a Girl PE Teacher you will be joining an experienced team of PE Teachers who aim to inspire a love for sports and exercise and, will have access to all the sports equipment that you could ever need to deliver outstanding practical lessons.

You will be teaching Girls PE up to Key Stage, and both the practical ant theoretical elements of BTEC Sport and GCSE PE. This role requires a Girls PE Teacher who holds QTS (qualified teacher status) and has previous experience teaching across Key Stages 3 & 4. Behaviour at this school is overall good and many students have a keen interest in sport. The school would welcome a PE teacher who is passionate about team sports and can emphasise the values of teamwork and cooperation for students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Girls PE Teacher looking for a new challenge from September 2024.

Job Role:
  • Teaching Physical Education lessons across core PE and up to GCSE PE.
  • Planning and delivering lessons that are engaging, dynamic and have clear objectives.
  • Collaborating with an experienced PE Department and Head of PE to have a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of students.
  • Understanding a range of coaching techniques across multiple sports.
  • Contributing to the development of the PE curriculum.
  • Coaching extracurricular sports teams.
