German Speaking Payroll Specialist - £50,000 + Strong Bonus - Docklands London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a German Speaking Payroll specialist to join on a permanent basis.

Our client is requiring full office working for the first 3 months after this the role will be hybrid (3 days per week required into the office).

You must be a fluent German speaker to be considered for this role.

* Manage payroll and taxation for global operations.

* Maintain comprehensive employee records, including both voluntary and involuntary deductions.

* Conduct audits, analyse data, and identify discrepancies between HR and Payroll systems.

* Generate regular payroll reports and provide ad hoc reports as required.

* Establish and document written procedures to ensure compliance and streamline processes.

* Foster cross-functional collaboration with partners across various departments.

* Contribute to ongoing evaluations and enhancements of payroll processes.

* Participate in payroll projects to support team objectives.

Skills & experience required:

• Fluent German speaker
• Strong UK payroll exposure.
