Academics is a local supply teaching agency and we are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Geography Teacher for April start dates within our client schools across Warrington.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a supply Geography teacher to provide cover and support to various secondary schools in and around the Warrington area.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality Geography lessons across key stage 3 and key stage 4
• Following the curriculum and adapting lessons as required
• Managing classroom behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of lessons and school activities

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience of teaching Geography up to GCSE
• To be able to engage and motivate pupils
• Good classroom management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments
