Here at Academics, we are working with a great school in Herne Bay that is seeking such an Individual to join their well-resourced department as an experienced Geography Teacher, with experience teaching Key Stages 3 and 4. (5 Is desirable not essential)

Geography Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver engaging lessons that foster curiosity and critical thinking, catering to students of varying abilities and preferred learning styles
  • Utilise innovative teaching methods to and resources to "make geography come alive"
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible success and support is provided for all pupils

Qualifications:

  • QTS and Geography Bachelor's/Masters
  • Passion for geography and a desire to share that passion with others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
