I am currently working with a Geo-Environmental Consultancy based in Hertfordshire who have been operating for over 20 years with a diverse client base. They provide various Geo-Environmental services such as, Remedial Strategies, Environmental Monitoring Plans, Geo Technical / Environmental Assessments and more.
They are looking for multiple people to join them as Geo-Environmental Consultants at varying levels, ranging from Junior to Intermediate. Your new role
You will be working between the office and on varying sites to support a thriving consultancy business. You will be performing a range of Geo-environmental tasks including but not limited to…

• Logging Soil and Rocks using British Standards
• Monitoring and sampling of groundwater, soil and ground gas
• Undertaking field investigations, primarily on contamination, drainage and foundations
• Collect and analyse data
• Report writing and preparation
• Subcontractor communication

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in an Earth-based science such as Geology, Environmental Science or Geography
• 1-3 years relevant experience as a Geo-Environmental Consultant
• Understanding of relevant legislation
• Effective organisation and communication skills
• Knowledge of standard IT programs (Word, Excel)
• UK driving license (Essential)
