General Practice Surveyor

GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR - PORTSMOUTH - INITIAL 3-MONTH CONTRACT - £300 PER DAY INSIDE IR35

ARM are currently working with a local authority who are responsible for developing and maintaining the local area. They are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join the team in Portsmouth on a contract basis.

About You:

To be applicable for this position you will need the following:

- Previous property surveying experience - public/private sector.

- General Practice surveying experience

- Chartered - (RICS/MRICS)

- Experience working on tenant and landlord work

What you will be doing:

In this position you will be required to undertake mainly landlord and tenant work, lease renews, open market rent reviews and full range of General Practice surveying duties.

This position will be based in Gosport and will require you to be in the office 4 days per week with 1 day working from home.

What you can expect in return:

This position is an initial 3-month contract and will be paying £300 per day inside IR35 via an umbrella company.

You will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK
