Are you an ambitious leader who wants to take on a new challenge in the residential living industry? Take this opportunity to lead the team and operations at a flagship development in London!

We have immediately available opportunities in both Build to Rent and Purpose Built Student Accommodation industries!

Role : General Manager

Hours : 40 hours per week

Location : London

Salary : £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - Represent the brand by providing exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, contractors, and visitors.
  • Leasing & Administration - Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategy.
  • Team Management and Development - Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the company's vision and values.
  • Facilities Management - Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Property Management - Drive continuous improvement across the building, implementing new policy as required.

Person Specification:

  • Relevant experience managing teams (e.g. hospitality, residence-based, student accommodation, BTR)
  • Financial experience managing forecasts, budgets and P&Ls
  • Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • High level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
