Garden Plant Area Supervisor

We are looking for a Garden Plant Area Supervisor for a client operating a multi-faceted business including a garden retail section selling a variety of plants. Relevant experience is required.

Job role

• Leading the team to maintain and enhance the plant area
• Giving excellent advice and customer service
• Managing day to day operations - re-stocking, merchandising and ensuring plant health
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of plants, seasonal trends and common issues

Required attributes

• Experience in a supervisory role working with plants is preferred
• Physical fitness to perform lifting tasks and carrying and bending
• IT literate - have an understanding of computer systems
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Passion for working outside in nature
