Funds & Finance Associate

I am working alongside the partners at a Top Tier firm who are looking to make an addition to their Finance practice in London.

The Firm:

• Pre-eminent international firm with offices in London, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. They are consistently ranked high in many of their offerings and they are particularly strong in Funds and Funds Finance.

The Role:

• The role is at Counsel / Senior level. The role will suit someone with experience in Capital call, hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities (ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers, gained from working within an international or leading regional firm).
• You will also have experience with fund structures and partnership documents.

Requirements & Candidate:

• Must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
• Team player with a strong client focused approach.
• Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral.
• Enthusiastic and a flexible attitude to work.
• Confident with the ability to stay calm under pressure
