My client, a charitable foundation is currently recruiting for a highly organised Fundraising Manager to work on a part time basis.

The Role of the Fundraising Manager:

The fundraising role is key to developing the fundraising strategy and lead its delivery, prioritising donor care and supporting the trustees to achieve income targets, adapting strategy as necessary.

You will help identify and grow the donor base with a mixture of Corporate Donors, High Net Worth individuals and other individual donors to ensure the organisation is adequately funded to deliver its charitable activities.

You will create budget tracking and monitoring tools to enable timely reporting strategy.

You will oversee the strategy implementation, budgeting, fundraising and membership communication including social media copywriting, content design, prospect research.

You will work with the Trustees and partners on delivery of the fundraising strategy as agreed by the Board of Trustees.

Person Specification

Excellent communication and research skills.

Experience of working with a membership organisation or similar not for profit, charitable organisation.

Excellent people management abilities, with written & verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Excellent budget management skills, organisation skills and IT skills.
