Join a prestigious and rapidly expanding Single family office situated in the heart of Central London. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our esteemed accounts team, supporting senior professionals and contributing to the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reconciliation: Conduct meticulous bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and nominal ledger entries with precision and efficiency.

• Payment Processing: Execute purchase ledger payments across diverse entities and currencies, maintaining compliance and accuracy throughout.

• Expense Oversight: Monitor and process expenses, including the meticulous reconciliation of high-volume credit card transactions and staff expenditures.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports management.

• Compliance Assurance: Conduct rigorous checks on all payment requests against contractual obligations and budgetary constraints, adhering to established procedures.

• Administrative Support: Provide invaluable assistance in ad-hoc finance-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the department. Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting an accounts department, coupled with a solid foundation in basic accounting principles.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with different accounting software packages.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, coupled with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on challenges.

• Ability to function effectively both independently and as an integral part of a cohesive team.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in financial operations.

• ACCA/AAT/CIMA qualifications and/or previous experience in a family office will be of great advantage.

Salary: Up to £50k+ gpa, depending on the level of experience.
