Front of House Supervisor to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £28,000 - £30,995. Working hours are Monday - Sunday 8:30am - 5pm with a permanent day of in the week and working one weekend on, one weekend off.

Duties:

  • Ordering of soft beverages
  • Accurate cashing up after service
  • Managing the hospitality booking service, including organising and delivery to the required standards
  • Ensuring excellent levels of service to customers
  • Actioning customer compliments by praising staff and resolving complaints satisfactorily, referring to your line Manager where necessary

Experience required:

  • Possess good customer service skills
  • Good organisational and communication skills and a pro-active team player
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and preparation
  • Liaise with kitchen staff to understand menus and daily specials
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
