Katie Bard Recruitment are currently seeking candidates for a Front of House Administrator position, working for a boutique property company based in Solihull. This role will provide true long-term progression for the right candidate with a view to move in to a Junior PA / Administrator role.

Key responsibilities include…

  • Acting as the first port of call for all incoming visitors and members of staff

  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post for the business

  • Taking responsibility for the meeting rooms - including all bookings and ensuring that they are ready for use

  • Ordering stationery and maintaining stock-levels

  • Supporting with event management

  • Taking calls, operating the switchboard, and assisting with queries

  • Providing general administrative support across the company
