Job Opportunity: Field/Event Marketing Manager (English & French Speaking)

Position Overview: The Field/Event Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end execution of field marketing events and digital campaigns. This role requires a proactive approach and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing successful field marketing events, including third-party sponsorships and agency coordination.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs beyond physical events, such as webinars, email campaigns, and direct mail initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to drive demand generation and achieve pipeline building goals.
  • Creating and optimizing metrics-driven marketing plans, delivering insights on ROI and program effectiveness.
  • Executing multiple marketing programs concurrently, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Fostering strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful field marketing events and programs.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize program performance and measure impact on pipeline generation.
