French speaking Customer Support
Are you fluent in French and passionate about customer service? I am looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Support Representative to join a very niche company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the French-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries in French promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
