Join a global expert who offers a broad range of services and allows you to be competitive in the market!! Due to expansion, their Manchester station is actively seeking for an experienced Import Freight Forwarding Operator to be part of their growth.

In few words.

Import clerk who can carry out Customs Clearance and basically handle all air imports from start to finish; dealing with airlines, dealing with hauliers, dealing with clients to obtain relevant info required to complete customs entries, payment of our charges via raising of invoices, updating accruals in our system - nothing too taxing!

Skills/Requirements:

• Proven track record in Freight Forwarding.
• Strong in Airfreight.
• Minimum 1-5 years operational experience.
• Customs clearance on CDS.
• Able to look after air shipments from arrival UK airport to clients’ premises.
• If you have other experience in Forwarding that would be considered as great advantage.
• Positive and pro-active approach across all levels.
• Flexibility/Demonstration of personal drive.
• Customer Services, suggest and deliver initiatives that will benefit those customers and assist in the longer term retention of them.

Salary Band =£Negotiable
