FRAUD SOLICITOR
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personal injury solicitor specialising in Insurance Fraud is required by this Top Tier Legal Firm. You will be working for an International Law Firm based out of their Manchester office specialising in dealing with defendant casualty fraud cases.
Role Overview
On joining the team you will work alongside an experienced team assisting on a wide variety of fast and multi-track cases where fraud is suspected. In addition to assisting on work you will handle your own caseload of fast and multi-track cases.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a junior associate solicitor with the following experience/characteristics:
- Ideally to have previous experience of handling cases where fraud is suspected
- Experience in EL/PL related personal injury work
- Litigation experience is essential
- A good understanding of the CPR.
