Eutopia Search is proud to partner with a prominent Milton Keynes-based company in their search for a FP&A Analyst. This pivotal role has been newly created to accommodate the FP&A teams expansion, offering the opportunity to join collaborative and results-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly reporting packs and collaborate closely with finance teams and stakeholders across multiple agencies.
  • Engage as a strategic business partner, interrogating and consolidating monthly financials and forecasts in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis on actuals versus annual budgets, cash forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial planning.
  • Generate financial analyses to inform strategic commercial decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and performance enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures while meeting stringent deadlines with uncompromising accuracy.
  • Prepare profitability and trend analyses to illuminate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide support to the Group Reporting Manager and broader finance team with ad-hoc tasks and analyses as required.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is actively pursuing an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in analytical techniques and Excel, coupled with exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
