Are you passionate about outdoor education and inspiring young minds? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Forest School Lead to join our team in Bromley. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of students in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Main Duties:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Forest School sessions.
  • Promote outdoor learning and the ethos of Forest Schools.
  • Create and maintain a supportive and safe learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student development and progress.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all participants.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and parents.
  • Adhere to relevant policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in outdoor education or similar roles.
  • Passion for inspiring and motivating students.
  • Ability to work effectively in unpredictable weather conditions.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
