Russell Taylor Group has a brand-new opportunity for a self-starter at the beginning of their career to join a growing health and nutrition company in the Shrewsbury area.

The Role
• New product development of ideas and concepts, aligning with current market trends and demands.
• In depth research of ingredients, nutritional profiles, and formulations to create new products.
• Collaborating with the R&D team, production, and marketing to bring new ideas to life.
• Ensuring you are up to date with the lasted market trends.
• Presenting new product proposals, recommendations to stake holders and key decision makers.

The Candidate
• Must have a degree in one of the following… Nutrition, Food science, other related subjects.
• Will ideally have some form of experience in new product development.
• The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively within a team and across a variety of functions within the business.
• Will have good understanding of all Microsoft applications.
