Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding service, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of guests.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and health and safety standards.
• A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.
