A global investment bank are seeking multiple Float Team Assistants to work on the trade floor on a temporary 12-month basis with the possibility to extend!
This is an excellent opportunity for high performing individual who has strong calendar management experience and wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD-Partner level
- Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
- Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner
- Coordinating room bookings for internal and external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, car and hotel bookings
- Providing expense management and preparation
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone and holiday coverage for colleagues
- Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their team
- Must be willing to work 5 days in office
- 2 years of personal assistant experience or in a high volume diary management role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong financial interest
