Are you used to providing Float EA experience or are happy to work across a range of departments within Private Equity?
Newly created roles have been created in a fast-growth Private Equity firm in the West End. The Executive Assistants will provide cover internally for busy times or holiday / sickness cover, having the ability to provide exceptional diary and travel management for varying departments including Investor Relations, Credit, Internal operations and C-suite.

The core role is that of a highly organisational Executive Assistant with extensive stakeholder liaison, internally and externally. Strong Outlook and MS Office skills are essential, as are high levels of communication.

The ideal Executive Assistant will have previous experience in a Float role and can demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to their work. This is a fantastic opportunity to really build strong relationships internally and be embedded in their high achieving, but collaborative culture. Investments experience is desirable but most important is the ability to work at pace and pick up new systems and procedures quickly.
