FLOAT EA - Investment Banking

This role requires a professional Executive Assistant to provide a fast and efficient service to senior bankers. This person will be able to hit the ground running and comfortable floating around different teams within the bank.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with last-minute changes effectively and efficiently
* Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with constantly changing schedules
* Excellent time/priority management skills & flexibility
* Proactive 'can do' approach, ability to use own initiative and judgment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Windows10), and in particular Outlook
* Experience processing expenses online (e.g. on Concur)
* Experience working in Investment Banking (Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory) preferred
* complex diary management, across time zones

Previous FLOAT experience is not essential but preffered.
