I am seeking a full time Fleet Administrator to join our client on a Temporary 12-week assignment that could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate based in Peterborough.

The Fleet Administrator will work within a team to enhance the overall fleet operation and help to ensure a safe, fit-for-purpose and available fleet in the most efficient and cost-effective way.  The successful Fleet Administrator candidate will have experience in a fleet environment and will be confident to deal with stakeholders at all levels within the business. It is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, so they will need to be proactive, with a can-do attitude. An understanding of excel would be desirable as this role involves some reporting.

Role:

- Keeping fleet databases and vehicle tracking system up to date and accurate

- Ensuring fleet maintenance schedules are up to date including servicing and MOT’s.

- Run reports on fuel spend and mileage.

- Administration of parking penalties, driving contraventions, speeding fines and accidents/incidents.

- Support Fleet Services Manager

Skills:

- Strong administrative mindset and attention to detail
- Full UK Manual driving licence.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

- Experience of working of working with tax, MOT’s and telematics across a large fleet.

Hours & pay

£29,000 per annum (£15.07 per hour)

Monday to Friday: Either 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 17:00 (37hrs per week)
