  The wider property team consists of 320 people working across Building Services, Surveying, Design and Maintance. The office is located in the heart of Manchester and boasts being one of the city's most iconic buildings. This company has an excellent record of retention and an annal turnover of £11.5 billion.

Your new role
For your new role, the candidate would ideally have a degree in Fire Engineering or equivalent or be open to getting a part-time degree while working with your new company.
On top of engineering, they will also be client-facing dealing with contractors, consultancies and other people in their large supply chain.
The candidate would be moving into their existing team which consists of 6 members who work two days in the office and one day from site.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 6 years' UK Fire Engineering experience, a degree in Fire Engineer or Equivalent or be open to attend and acquire a degree in Fire Engineering.
This vacancy is very much a people person's role as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders, so knowing your way around negotiation and a conversation will be key to your success.
