Mbf are working with a national financial planning organisation in Whiteley to recruit a Financial Services Administrator. Our client has offices across the UK and a particularly strong presence in South West of England, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly & professional practice at an exciting stage of growth.

This will be a hands on and exciting position working closely with a senior member of the business. Your role will be to provide an exceptional level of service to clients. Duties will include:

  • Maintain accurate client information on the internal back-office system
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Liaise with third parties including providers to obtain information
  • Prepare information for reports

This role would suit an individual with previous administration experience within a financial services organisation. You should have good problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of the industry as a whole.

Our client is well known for providing comprehensive training & support, you can expect develop/expand your knowledge of the industry and will be supported for all market exams. This is a growing business and there is genuine opportunity to progress within the company.

They are offering a competitive basic salary plus bonus and very strong company benefits. The business also offers hybrid working with two days in the office and three days working from home.
