Here at settle we are looking for a Financial planning & treasury analyst for a maternity cover. You will play a vital role in operationally managing settle's treasury portfolio, managing the security charging process and assisting with the analysis on strategic finance projects.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Manage and develop the Financial Planning Assistant.
  • Lead on ensuring compliance with loan agreements including arranging interest and loan repayments for our £500m+ treasury portfolio.
  • Help lead on the arrangement of new banking or debt capital markets facilities.
  • Prepare and manage medium-term cash flow forecast.
  • Report on treasury KPIs to finance senior management team including liquidity, WACC, borrowing capacity.
  • Maintain settle's bank account and loan mandates
  • Be the main point of contact for treasury audit
  • Assist the production of settle's Business Plan and associated stress testing and recovery planning
  • Support the production of all regulatory and lender returns, ensuring complete accuracy
  • Improve the loan value of settle's assets
  • Operationally own the production of the Statistical Data Return to the Regulator of Social Housing
  • Monitor valuation requirements and commissioning valuations.
  • Complete security reconciliations and reports and covenant reporting obligations.

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Previous experience of working in a treasury/corporate finance environment, and dealing with covenants'.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages to include excel, word, outlook
  • Good working knowledge of BRIXX or similar business planning software
