Are you an industrious and articulate professional with a strong foundation in financial services?

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting their advisers, fostering productive client relationships, and ensuring seamless internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between advisers, clients, and third-party product providers.
  • Professionally address and acknowledge client queries promptly.
  • Ensure excellent written and verbal communication standards.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update electronic client files in the Curo CRM system.
  • Ensure data entry is accurate and complete.
  • Adhere to data protection policy, including password protection for external communications.
  • Regularly review and ensure adherence to data protection protocols.

Operational Accuracy & Efficiency:

  • Source quotations, illustrations, and supporting documentation diligently.
  • Process new business applications and maintain a precise record of transactions.
  • Adhere to and meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for tasks.
  • Diligently complete relevant check-lists (e.g., New Client Set-up, Submission, Closing).

Continuous Learning & Team Collaboration:

  • Stay updated with industry news and trends.
  • Participate in team collaboration sessions and play a proactive role in enhancing team knowledge.
  • Engage in mentoring or support sessions as necessary.

Other Duties:

  • Manage call handling efficiently, ensuring that a significant majority of calls, especially those redirected from reception, are promptly answered.
  • Record time and activities with accuracy
  • Continuously approach work with a positive, proactive attitude, demonstrating the willingness to exceed expectations.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with the Curo (Microsoft Dynamics) back-office system is a plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks independently.
  • A strong eye for detail.
