Brilliant opportunity for a Part Qualified/ Fully Qualified/ QBE Financial Controller. Warner Recruitment are super excited to be working with this local well established and growing company based in Northampton.

Financial Controller
Duties include:
  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
  • P&L reporting and forecasting 
  • Supporting with and ensuring Audits run smoothly
  • Presenting in senior management meetings
  • Preparation of month end accounts
  • Managing a team of 4 direct reports (within a finance team of 20)
  • Reporting to the Group Financial Controller
  • Weekly reports
  • Building a relationships with stakeholders
  • Quarterly cashflow reports
  • Budget setting and analysis
  • Variance analysis
  • Balance sheet reporting
  • Month end reporting
Person:
  • Part Qualified/ Fully Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA or equivalent, or Qualified by Experience
  • Good communicator
  • Previous experience as a Financial Controller, or similar role
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Assertive, as you will need to speak with many non-accounts managers across the business to gather information which will be essential for this role
