Financial Accounting Manager

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Accounting Manager to work with a growing Logistics business based in Ashby de la Zouch.

Duties of the role will include:

• Ensure timely, accurate, consistent financial consolidation and reporting for the group

• Monthly and annual reporting for group with board commentary

• Improving financial controls and systems, ensuring tight balance sheet controls in place

• UK GAAP and IFRS reporting

• Balance sheet and cash flow forecasting

• Coordinate the smooth running of external audit process ensuring all reporting deadlines are met with minimal issues

• Management of the payroll function

• Provide ad-hoc information as required

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA with 5 years + PQE

• Could be a more experienced first mover or second mover with some industry experience

• Ability to work effectively globally, develop relationships and influence people to drive outcomes

• Strong technical experience

• Ability to excel within a fast passed creative and growing environment

• Excellent communication skills
