My client, a leading FMCG Group, is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their organisation as a Finance Transformation O2C (Order to Cash) GBS (Global Business Services) Programme Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our finance processes and driving operational excellence across the Order to Cash spectrum. Candidates should also have experience across P2P and R2R Finance processses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for finance transformation within the Order to Cash function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and manage projects focused on implementing new systems and processes to optimize Order to Cash operations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance transformation and process optimization within the Order to Cash domain.
  • Deep understanding of finance management principles and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
