About The Company:
They are a dynamic international company seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their vibrant team. Operating in diverse markets across the globe, they pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and innovation.

Role Overview:
As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams across multiple international markets. This position requires a seasoned professional with experience in both AR and AP functions, adept at handling global currencies and ensuring seamless operations within the finance department.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide line management and leadership to the AR and AP teams
  • Oversee all activities within the departments, including but not limited to:
    • AR: Customer setup, credit checks, invoicing, credit control, and VAT queries
    • AP: Supplier setup, invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Foster a collaborative environment between the London and Crowborough offices through regular travel and shared communication channels
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organisational and numeracy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing staff effectively
