We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service / Account Coordinator to join a friendly team in a busy office based in Milton Keynes. This role is a full time permanent position and can offer Hybrid working after probation.

Duties will include:

Service Administration
• Produce customer quotation and parts ordering when approved
• Track warehouse orders to coordinate delivery with technician schedule
• Maintain accurate customer information on SAP (address, contact details, access

Customer Service
• Ensure customer data is up to date
• Provide accurate management data
• Work closely with stakeholders to minimise risk whilst supporting business growth
• Log calls and update customers with ETA’s/completion of the call
• Provide pricing upon request
• Communicate with customers about repair calls - advising of job status/delays
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, quickly and patiently to achieve 'best in class’ customer experience

Credit Control / Account Administration
• Work closely with the Credit Manager to improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal proceedings if necessary.
• Manage and maintain the ledger ensuring information is current and accurate
• Process incoming funds & maintain the reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain the credit control system and processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance colleagues
• Check and approve applications based on company standards and requirements
• Maintain accurate master data records
