Finance Manager
An opportunity to join a manufacturing and wholesale distribution business as a Finance Manager in a leadership role, to support the finance team and the wider business across a broad range of financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- preparation of weekly and monthly results and management accounts
- Accounts reconciliations in multiple currencies
- VAT returns for the Group
- Payroll (SAGE 50) for the UK
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain payment schedules
- Variance analysis
- Preparation and authorisation of payments
- Departmental cost analysis
Key skills and experience:
- Qualified, CIMA or ACCA
- Experienced in managing all financial duties within an SME business
- Experience of leading a team
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and Sage packages
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work full time at the office location
