£40,000 to £46,000 plus Benefits

Leicester, East Midlands (Hybrid WFH)

Full-time or a 4 day working week.

ABPM are recruiting for a Finance Manager within a dedicated and worthwhile not for profit business.

They seek an individual who can incorporate their values and do right by the business to support their cause.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, planning, regulatory governance, communications, and the management of the finance team.

An insight to your duties:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Monitor cashflow and forecast accordingly.
  • Prepare statutory accountants and liaison with auditors.
  • Drafting annual budgets for review.
  • Line management for the finance team.
  • Continuously seek improvements for reporting and performance.
  • Ensure compliance and processes are adhered.
  • Support and report to the Finance Director.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

Do you have:

  • ACA / ACCA / ACMA / CIMA / CIPFA / AAT or QBE.
  • Experience within the not for profit or charity sector.
  • Ideally hold SORP (FRS102) and Gift Aid experience.
