Finance Manager

We are delighted to be partnering with one of our leading businesses that is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to support the Finance department for their growing wellbeing/fragrance business based in East London.

The duties will include:

· Credit Control (running reports and contacting customers, reporting to management)

· Managing accounts queries and liaising with third-party providers, outsourced bookkeeping services, clients and suppliers

· Working closely and supporting the Finance team

· Assisting in preparations for the weekly finance meetings (supplier payments, sending remittance information, general queries)

· Support for management of intercompany accounts and cross-charges

· Support for preparing monthly Management accounts, such as deferred income reconciliations, margin reports, commission calculations

· Bank reconciliations, maintaining Stripe reconciliations for ecommerce purchases and credit card transactions

· Maintaining sales and purchase ledger

· Dealing with fixed asset register reconciliations

· Supporting the business with inventory management

Skills Required:

· Using Xero accounting software

· Excellent Accounting Knowledge (at least AAT level 4 or equivalent)

· Enjoy collaborative working with colleagues and suppliers
