Finance Manager

Your new company
A well-established Real Estate company founded with a history spanning over 70 years is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their growing finance department in their London head office. With a sole focus on residential property either through investing or developing, their property portfolio spans across the UK, with a focus on City Centre locations.

Your new role
This is a great time to join this business as they focus on increasing resources to strengthen their finance department. Your role will include but not be limited to:

- Overseeing day to day operational Finance
- Taking responsibility for the banking and AP functions
- Quarterly bank covenant reporting
- Quarterly VAT recharges, analysis and reporting
- Monthly CIS analysis and reporting
- Pension fund accounting
- Supporting with management and financial accounting
- Assisting with year-end audits
- Working closely with the Financial Controller on ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed
This role will require a Qualified (ACA or ACCA) accountant with previous experience working within the residential property sector. You will be a confident user of ERP systems, and any knowledge or experience of Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable. The ability to oversee the work of juniors and support in leading and mentoring a team is essential. You will be a confident communicator and be interested in working in a close-knit team of an ambitious business.
