FINANCE MANAGER

LANCASTER

UP TO £55,000 + BENEFITS

Simpson Judge are partnered with a leading Manufacturing business in Lancaster. They're looking to hire a Finance Manager to join the team and support the Financial Controller.

The Finance Manager whilst reporting into the Financial Controller will mentor and work alongside the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team.

FINANCE MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation and ownership of monthly and annual management accounts and board packs
  • Investigating financial statement variances.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with audit.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller in the budgeting process.
  • Supervise the Accounts Assistants with indirect responsibility over sales, purchase, and general ledgers.
  • Stock management including, product cost prices.
  • Support the Financial Controller with credit risk management.

FINANCE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

  • The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Manufacturing or stock experience
  • Experience with MS Navision is desirable, but not essential.

For this the Financial Accountant will receive a competitive salary of up to £55,000 + excellent benefits + bonus
