Finance Manager - Shared Services | Long Eaton | Offering up to £70,000 + Further benefits

The Role:

  • Management, development and coaching of a team of 15
  • Development of Finance team to ensure they deliver top-tier service to the business.
  • Providing accurate and timely financial reports, including month-end accounts, to the SSC's stakeholders.
  • • Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintaining robust process controls while driving improvements within the team's operations.
  • Cultivating and sustaining effective relationships with operational teams, as well as other SSC and group functions.

Requirements:

  • An exceptional team manager preferable from a shared service environment 
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or equivalent
