RBH currently have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Finance and Procurement team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Leading an effective Management and Financial Reporting Service for RBH and its subsidiaries, you’ll lead a team of Business Partners to provide expertise and business support across Rents and Service Charges and Operational and Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who:

  • Provides insightful analysis and support.
  • Can lead the Management and Financial Reporting process: reporting, analysing and explaining existing and forecast performance.
  • Drives cross functional work with business partners, colleagues, senior managers and directors.
  • Advises on internal and external key risks and variables that could impact services areas and / or the organisation as a whole.
  • Embeds a culture of continuous improvement; identifying and implementing system and process improvements and efficiencies, culminating in enhanced financial data integrity.
  • Supports implementation of ongoing business efficiencies and will define fit-for-purpose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, providing appropriate training.
  • Is a key influencer with the ability to make financial decisions.

What we are looking for?

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent Qualification (desirable).
  • Proven track record of providing a comprehensive Management and Financial Reporting service.
  • Demonstrate a broad business experience with a proven track record in working cross functionally to delivery performance improvements across complex organisations.
  • Experience of managing a team to provide wide ranging financial information and support.
