Job title: Finance Business Partner

Salary: £35,000 to £55,000

WP: 2/3 days office-based

I am currently partnered with a group of businesses, operating across the south & midlands region, in the Hospitality & Events industry. This business has recently acquired a fractional CFO, who is now perusing a financial team restructure of the business, to create a well-oiled finance function. Being over 30 years old & still family owned, this business prides themselves on a warm & welcoming culture, providing & hosting life-changing events, for soon-to-be married individuals.

This role will be a pivotable piece to the restructuring plans, as this will assist with keeping all 14 subsidiaries inline & updated, allowing for both finance & non-finance individuals to gain more control & transparency.

This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2 to 3 days a week at their offices in Gloucestershire, with a natural progression route internally. Further details to follow.

What they need:

  • 5+ years experience within finance, ideally within an SME environment
  • Able to grow & nurture relationships across finance & non-finance departments
  • Able to work on their own accord (WFH)
  • IT skills, ideally experienced with Xero & PowerBI (direct dashboard creation experience essential)

What's on offer:

  • working, flexible start and finish times (workload dependent)
  • salary & benefits package
  • to gain exposure & to work closely with their Head of Finance and Fractional CFO

If this sounds like an interesting opportunity, or you are active within the market, do please apply to this advertisement with an updated CV, for consideration.
