Robertson Bell are partnering with this fantastic multi-academy trust whilst they recruit for a brand-new permanent Finance Business Partner. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven and finance professional looking to join a collaborative and supportive team, as you will have sole responsibility over several divisions and drive the financial goals of the organisation forwards.

The key duties of this Finance Business Partner role are as follows:

  • Liaise regularly with Budget Holders of all levels ensuring provided information is in an accessible format.
  • Lead on the preparation of income and expenditure reports and monitor spend against budget.
  • Provide clear financial information, advice and analysis.
  • Offer vital input into the budget setting process across the organisation and accurately reforecast on a monthly basis
  • Build and maintain significant relationships with budget holders and ensure efficient communication between relevant parties
  • Make process and system improvements where necessary by influencing the financial architecture of the organisation to keep up with the organisation’s growth

This organisation boasts a driven and ambitious workforce, this opportunity will best suit someone with previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or an auditor with a desire for business partnering, this role also allows for flexible working hours and homeworking.

The successful Finance Business Partner will:

  • Part-qualified as an accountancy professional and still be actively studying towards their exams or be a qualified Accountant (CCAB/CIMA)
  • Strong experience in management accounting or finance business partnering.
  • Demonstrable experience of contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Brilliant communication skills and the confident to challenge senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive working nature with an ambitious flare and the desire to add value.
